Refund policy

Return Window: A 30-day period from the delivery date.

Item Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached. 

EXCEPTION: No penalty for simply trying the item on without causing  damage (such as stretching, tearing, or staining), taking the item off and putting the item back into the original packaging.

Health or hygiene products (like beauty or swimwear) are non-returnable once opened. With reasonable exceptions if item is defective or damaged.

Final Sale Exceptions: Heavily discounted items (e.g., 40% off or more), personalized/custom goods, and perishable items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable.

Damaged Items: Please contact us right away with concerns about any damaged merchandise.
